An Ontarget Performance club, recognise the importance of suitable coaching and competition as fundamental drivers to raising performance, and create an environment that encourages excellence in club Achievements, School and Community settings.

A Summary of Deer Park Archers

As of December 2019, we have 240 members of which 90 are juniors.

We strive to be fully inclusive – More than 15% of our membership have a disability.

We have 3 satellite clubs with a further 150 junior members.

We have our own ground located in Shurdington which offers target, field and clout facilities.

We have access to a range of indoor facilities including our own Clubhouse plus Balcarras School Sports Centre (Charlton Kings), GL1 Recreation Centre and Kingshill Sports Centre (Cirencester).

We do not offer 24 hour open shooting, all sessions (there are lots of them) are programmed and supported by coaches, we are passionate to remain a club, with social interaction at its heart and not become just a venue where people shoot!

We are just one of many clubs in the county that offer a great experience!

We have 30+ trained coaches and our club structure and facilities support pathways from recreational to high performance. As of December 2019, we have 10 members in GB Squad/Development Programmes.
